About your guest, Damien Anthony Rossi 
Known as Mr Hollywood in Oz, charismatic media personality Damien Anthony Rossi first arrived in Brisbane from his hometown of Los Angeles in 1990 and has since worn many hats professionally. Originally a film and television Casting Director with his company Rossi Casting Group, Damien made the move to the other side of the camera in 2002 as a TV Presenter for Channel 7 which ultimately led to becoming a cast member on the network’s popular weekly travel/lifestyle program The Great South East. In 2009, Rossi took over the reins of The Sunday Mail’s iconic social pages reporting on Queensland’s biggest and best events and continued in this role until the demise of the social pages due to COVID in 2020. Damien currently serves as the Brisbane Social Editor for the new Gold Coast Magazine which debuted in July 2021.
